Q: How does the poster session work in a virtual environment?
A: We will prepare a booth like this for you:
Please note, there is a number identifying your booth. Visitors will be able to ask questions in the Q&A. By referencing to the booth number, you will know, to which poster the questions are related to.
Q: Is there time allocated for asking questions concerning the posters?
A: We do have the time slot for the poster sessions (which you can also see in the program https://www.februartagung.uzh.ch/de/programm.html). Visitors can check out our our virtual exhibition halls 1 – 4, where the posters will be presented. Questions can be asked via chat.
Q: I did submit 3 posters. Will they all be on the same booth?
A: No, there will be different 3 booths. This will make it easier to use the booth number to reference the question to a particular poster in the discussion.
Q: Are there any guidelines to the poster format? Portrait/Landscape?
A: We do prefer portrait, but if you want go with landscape - go ahead.
Q: Is there any structure for the poster presentation?
A: Please prepare the poster in English. Title, authors, affiliations should be in the header. Introduction, methods & material, results, conclusion or summary in the main body. Funding in the footer.
Q: How do I submit the poster, which is pretty big?
A: Please don’t overflow our mailbox Use https://www.swisstransfer.com/en instead. There you can mention an e-mail address: susanne.meese@uzh.ch
